I love animals, and I make collars for cats with magnetic clasps for breakaway safety. I have some pre-made, check the length before buying to be sure they will fit your cat. I can also custom make one for your cat if you send me the measurement. 

I make dog collars as well, but they are more for the gemstone properties, and for decorative purposes. They cannot be used to attach the leash, they would not withstand the pulling of the dog.

I also make Bags4Tags to hold dog tags and information. If you don't like the constant jingling of the dog's tags around the house, or don't want to take the chance of the tags getting caught in things (hot air registers, for example) then these are just the thing. You can put the dog's tags in this pouch and attach to the collar, and could include an information slip as well if you wanted (for example if your dog has any medical conditions). These Bags4Tags velcro securely onto the collar. An added advantage is that when you walk your dog around the neighbourhood, there is no jingling to set off other dogs barking.
